VernonDesk is operated by DuShine Solutions Inc. By joining the interest list or using the pilot, you agree to these terms.
What you get. A back-office assistant that works through text, chat, and email, inside the software you already use. The pilot starts with one workflow in shadow mode: Vernon drafts, you approve, nothing sends until you say so.
Your tools. You create the user account Vernon works under in your own software. We never hold your passwords or admin credentials, and we act only on what you approve.
Rates and canceling. Pilot pricing is $99 or $199 a month by volume band. You can cancel in one call or one message; no contracts.
Responsibility. VernonDesk works with the information and tools you provide. We are not liable for losses that result from errors, delays, or the actions of your own software.
